Application:

Localized annealing of D and M series tool steel punches.

Power Source:

Mark 12 25kW @ 25 kHz
 
 

Coil:

Channel type
 

Process Description:

Parts are continuously moved through a channel coil for heating. Upon completion of localized heating, the parts are removed and allowed to cool.
 

Results:

A compact induction system is provided for localized annealing of D

and M series tool steel punches.
