Anneal selected areas of electrical wire end terminals.

Power Source:

Mark 20 5 kW @ 400 kHz

Coil:

Specialized narrow heat zone design.

Process Description:

A high volume automated system is incorporated to selectively anneal connectors in the crimp area.

Results:

A precise control of the anneal zone is provided with perfect repeatability.
